Organizing

Organizing your Coupons
There are basically two ways you can organize your coupons:
·         File Folder (accordion folder)
·         Binder

File Folder (accordion folder): This is the easiest way to file your coupons, and it saves a lot of time. You take the entire coupon insert, label the insert by date, and file it in the file folder. When you see a deal posted on GC4C or any other blog the coupon for the specific deal is usually labeled by the date and insert source (ex: 6/19 SS) so you would go to the file folder and look for the Smart Source insert from 6/19 and clip the coupon you need.
What’s needed: File folder, labels and scissors

Binder: This method is much more organized but can be time consuming. With the binder you will clip all your coupons and then insert them into categories in baseball card holders. They also have clear sleeve holders in different sizes.
What’s needed:  Binder, baseball card holders, labels/dividers and scissors
**The binder is what I use to organize my coupons as you can see below!!!

**HINT...if you decide to do the binder way of organizing your coupons and decide to use the dividers, which I do recommend, you have to get the extra wide dividers so they stick out past the baseball card holder sheet. Trust me I know!!!! :)
